Is CRM system mandatory?

No
The Essential package does not require CRM.
At any time, you can upgrade your account to include a CRM system

How do I integrate my CRM into DIM?

You have two options:

  1. For Salesforce or Microsoft you can use Membit built-in connection.
  2. For any other CRM you should implement the inbound & outbound API as described here

Is there any additional cost?

The packages include 100/250 monthly conversations per agent.

Additional chats will be charged based on the WhatsApp fee
